The to love of it (quarentine) Ingredients:
1Kg. to love of it
1kg. of sugar
To wash well to love her of it, to dry her and to pit her. After having pitted her, to weigh her and to prepare a quantitative peer of sugar.
To put to love her of it and the sugar in a big jar. To cover her with a veil and to leave her to the sun for 40 days, sometimes turning her.
I spent the 40 days, to prepare l. 0,250 of mixed liqueurs: Rhum, Maraschino, Stregas, Cognac. To cover with the mixture to love her of it and to close her in a closing jar hermetic.
The to love of it you/they can be tasted after a few days.
